Our practice focuses on diagnosing and treating the various types of vein and skin disorders.  Our practice welcomes you to either of our two state-of-the-art facilities located in Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX. Our Las Cruces facility has undergone and completed renovations and is a first-rate in-patient treatment facility in Las Cruces, NM. Our El Paso facility is located in the Valley Medical Clinic located on the east side and offers the same level of innovation, safety and comfort as our Las Cruces location. Our modern locations feature spacious and comfortable patient waiting areas, examination rooms. operating/procedure rooms and recovery areas. Our treatment team is led by Dr. Stephen Cain.  He is a native New Mexican, and has practiced in Las Cruces since 2010.  He's easy to talk to and has a great personality with his patients.  He's also the webmaster of this site.   : )  You might see him (me)  around town or in the gym, and feel free to go say hi.  Ask me for a discount and I'll try to fit you in.

As a doctor, I've also been a patient and I know what that's like.  Especially today it feels like a lot of commercial medical practices treat their patients like cattle and don't really care. I could tell you stories about some places.   We're not like that.

We can help you with  all these,  and we're a lot better than the big center that wants to pump your legs full of foam.  (They make more to do it that way, but it's not as good for you)   We will individually close all of your bad veins one at a time, using laser or individual sclerotherapy.  We offer really nice IV sedation for the procedures, and everyone says it's a lot easier and painfree compared to 'the other place'.  

We are committed to providing our patients with the latest specialized treatments for vein and skin conditions. Our two primary procedures for treating veinous diseases are Endovenous Laser Treatment (EVLT) and Scelerotherapy Treatment.
